課程概述

This course is an intermediate to advanced course on leadership and followership that seeks to address the particular challenges facing many organizations today of having and following a true sense of direction.

The purpose of the course is to encourage a deeper understanding of what leadership involves and the dynamics between leader and followers, by stimulating the students' own reflections. This means that the
teaching format is highly interactive, and that students are expected to actively participate in all elements of the course, including informal and interactive lectures, classroom or small-group discussions, case work and
workshops.

This course is taught in English and for GMBA students only.

As this is an intermediate to advanced leadership course, students are expected to be familiar with the material in standard leadership textbooks, such as any of the following three:
DuBrin, Andrew J. Principles of Leadership (any edition)
Northouse, Peter G. Leadership – Theory and Practice (any edition)
Yukl, Gary Leadership in Organizations (any edition)
